Description:

The main purpose of the Awards is to provide an international experience of up to twelve weeks for a Waipapa Taumata Rau | University of Auckland Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) student to travel to the United Kingdom to participate in a study and research placement with McLaren Automotive based at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, England.

The winner of these awards will receive up to $8,000 directly to their New Zealand bank account paid by the University of Auckland. The remaining value will be paid directly by McLaren as part of the study and research placement at the McLaren Technology Centre and is subject to United Kingdom tax requirements and will be arranged directly with McLaren Automotive.
