The Kate Edger Educational Charitable Trust Dame Dorothy Winstone Doctoral Completion Award (830)

Brief Description:

The Award was established in 2012 and is funded by The Kate Edger Educational Charitable Trust. From 2015, the University of Auckland has administered the Award on behalf of The Kate Edger Educational Charitable Trust for University of Auckland applicants. The main purpose of the Award is to assist a woman graduate who has completed a minimum of three years of full-time study or six years of part-time study towards a PhD or named Doctorate, to have at least four months free of employment and to remain or become a full-time student, in order to make substantial progress towards completion of a PhD or named Doctorate qualification. This Award is also open to eligible students from other approved institutions in the Auckland area, who should apply directly through The Kate Edger Educational Charitable Trust.
