Judge Karina Williams Scholarship in Law (756) - 2018

Brief Description:

The Scholarship was established in 2013 in the memory of Judge Karina Raewyn Roimata Williams of Tuhoe, Te Whakatohea, Tainui, Te Aupouri and Ngaitai Iwi, who was a graduate of the University of Auckland. It is financed from funds donated by Dr Yash Ghai, Robb Lecturer at the University of Auckland in 2007, by legal colleagues and friends of Judge Williams, and by the Williams whanau. The main purpose of the Scholarship is to recognise cultural involvement and academic merit at the University of Auckland by graduating law students of New Zealand Maori descent.

It is strongly recommended that you read the regulations before you begin your application. A friendly reminder to save your application periodically as the application window will time out after 60 minutes.
