Brief Description:

The Hiway Stabilizers Scholarship was established in 2003 to assist second and third year undergraduate students interested in pavement engineering and enrolled in the department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Hiway Stabilizers Limited has operated in New Zealand since 1982 and is one of the country’s most significant and capable road stabilisation companies. Hiway Stabilizers are recognised as stabilisation experts in the areas of road construction, road maintenance, pavement rehabilitation and soil modification as well as ground improvement techniques.
