Brief Description:

The Scholarships are provided from a fund bequeathed in 1971 under the will of the late Miss Lucy Phillips.

The Scholarships fund is administered by Perpetual Guardian hereinafter called “the Trustee”. The main purpose of the Scholarships is to assist students of English to further their studies in this subject.
